It is the mission of Solano Christian Academy to partner with families to develop the minds, bodies, spirits, and souls of students.

 

VISION STATEMENT

It is the vision of Solano Christian Academy to have a positive influence in the Fairfield/Suisun community by providing affordable, high-quality Christian education.

Student Learning Outcomes or SLOs are statements that specify what students will know, be able to do, or be able to demonstrate upon graduating from Solano Christian Academy.

  • Use technological tools responsibly, appropriately and effectively
  • Work independently and with others to access, manage, integrate, evaluate, create and communicate information using technological tools.

Recognize the Benefits of Healthy Lifestyle Choices

  • Articulate the Holy Bible teaches their bodies are temples of God
  • Identify healthy food and exercise choices
  • Articulate the benefits in avoiding drug and alcohol abuse
  • Articulate the importance of making choices that keep them physically safe

Apply Knowledge

  • Demonstrate mastery of the Common Core State Standards
  • Analyze and evaluate arguments, claims, inferences, and explanations
  • Judge the relevance and significance of information
  • Construct clear and coherent arguments
  • Formulate well-reasoned judgments and decisions
  • Advocate for themselves and on behalf of others

Contributing Citizens

  • Identify ways and reasons to serve others, their communities, and the environment

Strong Biblical Foundation

  • Articulate the Holy Bible teaches there is one God, the creator of the universe and mankind
  • Articulate the Holy Bible teaches Christ Jesus is the Son of God, He was miraculously born to a virgin, lived a sinless life, and died on a cross as a sacrifice for our sins. He was buried and arose from the grave to claim victory over sin and death
  • Identify ways to sustain a relationship with God through Christ Jesus
  • Articulate that the Holy Bible teaches that God’s Spirit, the Holy Spirit, works within us to make us more Christ-Like and to produce the Fruit of the Spirit. Identify the Fruit of the Spirit and ways it is manifested in the lives of Christians
